Imagine if there is a student who is ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ฉ๐จ๐ฌ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐, and his or her exam is scheduled, as per protocols and rules he or she need be quarantined and not allowed to come in public places, if he/she disobeys the rule and attends an exam, then they may be booked under various sections of IPC for criminal negligence.
If he or she is not allowed to attend the exam, you as a system are denying him or her fundamental right under ๐๐ซ๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฅ๐ ๐๐ of Constitution of India of equal opportunity to write an exam. ( During normal times, if a student has a fever it’s fully the ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ฎ๐๐๐ง๐ญ’๐ฌ ๐๐ก๐จ๐ข๐๐ to attend an exam or not to attend it, but in Corona Pandemic it’s the government who will not allow a student to attend it.)
If the government allows he or she to attend an exam even after being COVID positive, then the government is endangering the other students’ lives who attending the exam.
๐๐จ๐ญ๐-It’s biggest irony of our education system that makes you believe that exam is the only way to evaluate its students.
